Frequently asked questions
How much does Plaza Radar cost?
You start for free without payment details, with listing analyses but without keyword tracking. For ranking tracking you choose one of the paid plans; all plans and prices are on the pricing page. Prices are net plus VAT.
What is a keyword slot?
A keyword slot is one combination of a product and a keyword. Tracking one product with 5 keywords uses 5 slots; two products with the same keyword use 2 slots. How many slots your plan includes is shown on the pricing page; more are available as an add-on.
Is there a minimum term and how do I cancel?
No, paid plans run monthly. You cancel yourself in your account at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. After that the free plan applies again and your data is kept.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. A bigger plan applies immediately and the price difference is charged pro rata for the rest of the month. A smaller plan applies from the next billing month. If you then have more keywords than slots, the most recently added keywords pause; nothing is deleted.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons extend your plan, for example with extra keyword slots or analyses. You book them once until the end of the billing month or recurring with your subscription. Add-ons require a paid plan; the current add-ons are on the pricing page.
How do I pay and do I get an invoice?
Payment runs through Stripe. The sale is made through Link (Stripe) as the merchant: Link charges the amount monthly in advance, issues the invoice showing VAT and emails it to you. You manage payment methods and invoices in your account.
