How to set up Buy Box monitoring
Book the add-on
Add the "+10 Buy-Box products" add-on to your paid plan.
Enter your seller ID
Enter your Amazon seller ID on the product page. That is how Plaza Radar knows when the Buy Box is yours.
Switch products on
Turn on "Monitor Buy-Box" for your most important products. From then on Plaza Radar checks daily and reports every change by e-mail.

How often does Plaza Radar check the Buy Box?
Once a day per monitored product. If something changed, the e-mail goes out right after the check. If nothing changed, you get no e-mail.
What does Buy Box monitoring cost?
It is an add-on: 10 products for €10 net per month, available with every paid plan. It is not part of the free plan.
Why do I need my seller ID?
Without a seller ID, Plaza Radar shows the current winner and tells you when it changes. With the ID it recognises your own Buy Box and warns you as soon as you lose it. You find it in Seller Central under Settings → Account Info → Merchant Token.
Does Plaza Radar also track my competitors’ prices?
Plaza Radar stores the Buy Box price and the number of offers on your monitored products. There is no full list of sellers and no automatic repricing.
